Toon Studio ("the App") is developed and operated by Okay Kaçar.

Your privacy matters. Toon Studio does not require account creation and is designed for general audiences, including adults and families. The app collects only limited and anonymized data necessary to function properly and improve user experience.

When you use Toon Studio, we collect:

• Usage and interaction data, such as app launches, screen views, taps, navigation, and feature usage
• Technical diagnostics data, such as crash reports and performance metrics
• Purchase-related events, such as paywall views and completed purchases, without access to payment or billing details

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, contact lists, or precise location data.

3. User Content

Toon Studio allows you to upload photos to generate AI-based images.

• Uploaded images are processed temporarily
• Images are not permanently stored
• Uploaded and generated content is automatically deleted after processing
• Uploaded images are not linked to your identity

4. Analytics and Session Recording

We use analytics to understand app usage, improve stability, and enhance usability.

Collected data includes:

• App interactions and navigation
• Screen views
• Device and performance information

We also use session recordings that capture UI interactions only.

Session recordings:

• Do not record text input
• Do not include uploaded photos or image content
• Do not include personal information
• Are anonymized and used solely for debugging and improvement purposes

We do not sell or share your analytics data with advertisers.

5. Identifiers

The app uses a random, anonymous identifier generated by analytics services to distinguish sessions and users for analytics purposes only.

• This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally
• It is not linked to your real-world identity
